Nickel Powder
There are mainly two types of nickel powder: electrolytic nickel powder and atomized nickel powder.
Atomized Nickel Powder: It uses pure nickel as a raw material, adopts the atomized method. The obtained nickel powder, the powder color is silver gray or dark gray, spherical or irregular shape: mainly used in special electrodes, surface spraying, and powder metallurgy. As the atomized powder has the characteristics of high apparent density, irregular shape, it is mainly used in high-proportion alloys, diamond drilling tools, and surface coating.
Electrolytic Nickel Powder: The main component of Electrolytic nickel powder is metal nickel powder. Electrolytic nickel powder has good electrical conductivity, the powder color is dark gray, mainly used in powder metallurgy, diamond tools, non-ferrous alloys, and can also be the chemical reactions of a hydrogenation catalyst.
